Thai Green Smoothie

sup guys comin’ at ya today with a favorite ~smoothie~ of mine

all my favorite food is thai food…stir fry, milk tea, curries, and coconut mango sticky rice. but I’ve never heard of a thai smoothie so I decided to try one out andddd the verdict is….Issa gud one

its got all the basic thai flavors…mango, coconut, lime, and ginger

v easy to make and v good

ok here’s how u make it


  • 1 c frozen mango chunks
  • 1 c greens (kale, spinach, romaine, whatever u want whatever u got whatever u need u kno??)
  • juice from 1/2 lime
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • coconut milk OR water + coconut shreds (no amount on this, depends on whether u like ur smoothies thicc or more liquidy
  • optional extras: flax, chia seeds, coconut shreds for topping, sweetener


  1. uh, blend it up
  2. drank
